Fully automatic dynamic balancing machine for high-volume production, suitable for balancing all types of armatures. It consists of a measuring unit, a milling unit for the left plane, a milling unit for the right plane, and an audit unit. Standard configuration includes milling in length and depth. Parts are manipulated by a rotary cam index with 5 arms. The main applications are in electrical motors for household appliances, power tools, and the automotive industry. It can be integrated into any type of production line (pallet, step, loop, etc.). The machine can be supplied (upon request) with “V” or polar cutters. Operator interface via industrial PC and Modular design concept, offering high flexibility and quick changeover. A full range of options is available to meet all customer requirements.
