Fully automatic balancing machine for high-volume production, specifically developed for balancing brushless rotors and rotors for asynchronous electric motors in a fully automatic, two-plane (dynamic) process. Unbalance is removed via radial drilling, using two drilling heads—one for each correction plane. Part handling is performed by a 5-arm rotary cam index unit. The system can be integrated into any type of production line (pallet, step, loop, etc.). Operator interface via industrial PC. The machine offers high flexibility, rapid changeover, and a full range of options to meet all customer requirements.
