This semi-automatic balancing machine is specifically designed for balancing rotors of asynchronous motors, brushless motors, and similar rotating parts. It performs dynamic balancing automatically on two planes, correcting unbalance by removing material through axial drilling. The machine consists of a measuring unit, two drilling units (one for each balancing plane), and a rotary table equipped with pneumatic grippers to handle parts between the measuring and drilling units. The operator interacts with the system via an industrial PC, ensuring high flexibility and quick changeovers.
