Semi-automatic balancing machine suitable to balance the entire range of rotors for electric motors weighing up to 8Kg in a completely automatic mode on two planes. Machine is specifically developed to balance rotors for electric transmission for motorcycle or mild hybrid vehicles. The unbalances are corrected by the embedded axial drilling unit to remove material on the lateral discs or on the lamination stack. Rotor loading/unloading is manual but the machine can be easily equipped with industrial robot or linear pick and place making the DMK3-10A a fully automatic balancing machine.
