This fully automatic dynamic balancing machine is designed for high-volume production, specifically developed to balance small brushless rotors. Unbalance correction is performed through radial drilling. The machine consists of a measuring unit, a single drilling unit that works on both the left and right planes, and an audit unit. Parts are handled by a rotary cam index with four arms. The operator interface is managed via an industrial PC, ensuring ease of use. Thanks to its modular design, the machine offers a high level of flexibility and quick changeover. It can be integrated into any type of customer production line and comes with a full range of options to meet all customer requirements.
