SDM4A-I

This semi-automatic balancing machine is specifically designed to balance rotors of alternators and similar rotating parts. It performs fully automatic dynamic balancing on two planes, correcting unbalances by removing material through inclined drilling. The machine includes a measuring unit, two drilling units (one for each balancing plane), and a rotary table with pneumatic grippers to handle parts between the measuring and drilling units. The operator controls the system via an industrial PC, ensuring a high level of flexibility and quick changeovers.
