BMK4A-V
Semi-automatic balancing machine specifically developed to balance small vacuum cleaner rotors assembled with diffuser and impeller. The unbalances are compensated on two planes (dynamic) by removing material by milling, drilling or punching. Machine composed of: one measuring/audit unit, an imbalance compensation unit for the two planes, part manipulation from measuring to compensation unit by two arms rotary index unit Parts loading/unloading by operator. Operator interface by industrial PC. High level of flexibility and quick changeover. Full range of option to meet all the customer’s requirements.
